Silent Meditation Room
Weekdays at 7am
Start your day in silent meditation with others.
INSTRUCTIONS: Please enter quietly. Mute your sound on the lower left of your screen if it is not already muted. Find a comfortable position. Meditation begins with three tones: promptly at 7a.m. and ends 30 minutes later at 7:30a.m. with three tones. May you be happy. May you be well. May you be safe. May you be peaceful and at ease.
